Hi, thank you for your question. 
In order to qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) on the basis of refugee status or humanitarian protection, an applicant should have held a residence permit (as a person with refugee status or humanitarian protection) for a continuous period of five years in the UK. 
Based on the information that you have provided, you will not be eligible to apply for ILR until you have completed 5 continuous years in May of 2020.
