Hi, I am Ruth. I am a British Citizen. I met my husband whilst living and working abroad. We have been together for a year and 3 months, living together for a year. At the moment I have a teaching job which is 18,000 in Vietnam and I am hoping to get the other 600 from Skype lessons. Do I need to make 18,600 working in the UK or can this be done abroad also can the 18,600 be a combined income if i can't come up with the 600 pounds. Also my husband has a criminal record which he got as a child. It was a suspended sentence and he never got into trouble again. He is now a qualified teacher and translator. Will this affect his chances. Also please could you forward me some information about your consultation and processing fees. Thanks!
