I was charged with benefit fraud 7 years ago resulting in a 12 month suspended sentence and 100 community services. 5 years ago I was declined an ESTA application to visit the USA. I am a UK citizen with no other record. I was advised to apply for a B2 Visitors Visa but at the interview was told I need to leave the application for at least 5 years. I re started a new application just before COVID but as the US Embassy is closed for interviews, the process has been delayed. However I have been advised the assistance of an Immigration Lawyer may help so am asking for your experience in this area and would you be able to assist? Thanks.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Unfortunately, we do not assist with visas to the USA and therefore recommend that you contact a US Immigration attorney.

Thank you
