Dear Sir,

Many thanks for your Immigration enquiry.

You are generally only permitted to enter the UK as a visitor for up to 6 months in any given year. Overstaying your visit visa, is a breach of the Immigration rules. Thus, we will need to assess your matter further before advising you.

Our Immigration solicitors will contact you shortly.
