Kristine Lauriaga joined OTS Solicitors in January 2019 and works as a paralegal in the individual immigration and Business Immigration departments.
Kristine graduated with Law LLB (Hons) from the University of Westminster, London in 2017. She completed her Legal Practice Course in London in 2018. During her legal studies Kristine developed a passion and desire to practice in the areas of Immigration, Employment, Human Rights and Family Law.
Kristine helps the solicitors in the busy individual immigration and Business Immigration departments with case preparation. She is known for being meticulous and hardworking and those are great attributes when your job includes preparing immigration applications, interviewing clients and conducting mock Home Office interviews with clients and corresponding with the Home Office.

As Kristine has a real interest in Employment, Human Rights and Family Law this really helps in her work in the individual immigration and Business Immigration departments. That is because in many individual immigration cases there is a lot of crossover with Family Law and with Business Immigration, it is important to know how the Business Immigration advice crosses over with employment law so that clients receive a seamless service to meet all their business law needs.
Kristine enjoys debating and used to participate in competitions. After she won the Debate Mate Cup, she went on to teach debating at various underprivileged schools. In her spare time, Kristine volunteers for a charity in Dalston, which works to improve children’s literacy.
Kristine is also fluent in Tagalog.
