My son was sentenced to prison in February 2017; for 14 years. Currently he has spend 10 months in prison. By the end of the sentence he will be deported to his country as he is not a British citizen. During his stay he is supposed to do some rehabilitation courses/ programmes to reduce the sentence to back home. However nothing has happened because of the long waiting lists. All the prisons in England are overcrowded and government is will to deport them as it is an unnecessary expense for the country. Government has introduced different early removal schemes. But those were not clear to us. Do you think your solicitor firm will be able to help us on to this matter to remove him from this country. Please do not contact over the phone between 8.30-5.00pm. Please email me.
