Nataliya has been awarded for her skill, knowledge and experience in Immigration and Asylum Law by the Law Society in achieving her Level 1 Accreditation. She holds a Bachelor Degree with Distinction and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School. She completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2014.
Nataliya has extensive experience in providing the following Immigration service:

She also advises and assists Students, Workers, Entrepreneur, Investors and Businesses to successfully satisfy criteria and obtain all necessary Immigration documents under current Point-Based System.

Nataliya has volunteered in Croydon Citizens Advice Bureau being the first point of contact for the clients and in Immigration First Tier Tribunal as Tribunal Friend helping unrepresented people by providing administrative legal support. She is also an active member of the Ukrainians community in Great Britain. She also holds membership with Amnesty International and Liberty.
