Hello Sir ,MadamI applied for ILR me and my wife which she is an EU citizen and I am EU family member ,however Home Office refuse for reason of 3 years 2011.2013.2014.2015 the income was lower then the PET and my wife she working part time and in February 2014 we had baby and she back to work in January 2015 .but she was doing also self employed job since 2011 till now and is just for few hours a week .we forget to send p60 for her self employed jobs and we calculate her income for employer and self employed jobs ,we found it up the PET .Also is been mistake in her P60 2010-2011 gross year pay instead 15.300 pound is written 1370 pound .we did appeal against this decision .please what is your opinion for the appeal ?and how you see the answer please ?Many thanks
