Hi, I am an european national wishing to join my eu partner in uk in 2021,after brexit. We have been in an unmarried relationship for 7 years but we intend to get married soon .We also have a 4 year old son together that i would like to bring with us to live in Uk as well. My partner has been granted presettled status since he has been working in uk for 4 years now. What would we need to do to join him there after brexit?
