Hi my natrulization application was refused in october due to home office stupidity of considering a fpn (fixed penalty notice)no court involved with 3 point and 100 pound fine an year ago as a non custodial offence and in refusal letter I am banned from reapplying until may 2018 when sentence lapses. I have applied for reconsideration and it's over 3 months now. Would u advise a judical review to speed up my british passport application. Thanks

In some cases, the Home Office will not normally take into account Fixed Penalty Notices unless the applicant has had more than one fixed penalty notice in the last 12 months before applying.
