Hi My son had his indefinite leave to remain cancelled after he had been convicted but this is now returned to him on human right to famiky ground following an appeal. His indefinate is was granted in June 2006 it is the old style he is told that he can keep that or apply for a biometric residential card. My concern is if he Can he obtain the card with a criminal record.
