I have apply for the EEA extended family member under my Aunty who has Italian citizenship, but my visa refused with no appeal rights. But again I submitted a fresh application . I need to know is it hard to take this visa because of the brexit. My aunt came to the Uk in 2015 but she got her residency card in uk.

There are various requirements one must meet under the EEA Regulations in order to be granted a Residence Card as a non-EEA family member of an EEA national.

We need to have a look at the last refusal letter issued by the Home Office in order to understand why your application was refused before we can estabalish the merits in succeeding in a fresh application. Generally, it is difficult to obtain a Residence Card as an extended family member of an EEA national and thus an application must be made thoroughly to maximise the chances of success.
