I obtained my residency a year and half now as a family member of EEA national, exercising treaty rights in the uk. I lived with my familyMember in Italy for almost 5years before coming to uk. So I have basically lived in uk illegally for 8years before obtaining my status here. I have enrolled in a college to start an academic year of 2020/2021 which the college I has accepted my application. I have worked for a year now since I obtained eaa family member Resident card. My question is can I apply or do I qualify for an advance learn loan to help me with my tuition fee and living cost
