Sir, I am a Non EEA family Member of an EEA National, I applied for the PR last year 2018 when my Residence card expired. The HO rejected my application on the ground that my sponsor had a five-month gap in her working history. I appealed at the tribunal but the appeal was dismissed on the same grounds. However, on 25/01/2019, my spouse applied for EU Settlement status, an email was sent on the 27/01/2019 which says, "I am pleased to inform you that your application under the EU Settlement Scheme has been successful and that you have been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the United Kingdom, under Appendix EU to the Immigration Rules. This is also referred to as settled status. Your status takes effect from the date of this letter". Does this mean I am eligible for PR irrespective of gap?
