Public Answer:

Thank you for your enquiry.

The minimum savings amount to meet the financial requirement without any other form of Employment or self-Employment is £62,500. As you state that you have savings of £65,000, you should be able to meet the financial requirement for a spouse visa. However, we need to assess the source of these funds in order to confirm whether they meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules.

With regard to accomomodation, you may wish to contact letting agents in the UK to see if any letting agent is willing to reserve a property for you. It is important that you secure some form of accommodation in the UK before you apply.

In any event, the spouse visa application is one of the most scrutinised applications by the Home Office and therefore, you must make sure all of the requirements are fully met. Failure to meet even one requirement could result in the application being refused.

Someone will be in touch with you shortly to see how we can help you further.
