Anoushka graduated from the University of Westminster with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management with Marketing in 2019. She subsequently went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course, as well as her LLM, earning a Commendation in both in 2020 and 2022 from The University of Law. Prior to studying law, Anoushka spent a significant amount of time assisting her mother in providing exceptional support to her community with any immigration concerns they may have had, both at home and abroad.

Anoushka has a great interest in Immigration, Family and Dispute Resolution law. She strives to assist people from all backgrounds of life in obtaining the services and quality of life to which they are entitled.

Anoushka is a qualified mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI) in family and civil law. She has also developed her understanding and knowledge in Immigration Law as well as Family Law during her time here at OTS. Anoushka has a calm and compassionate nature when interacting with clients.

Anoushka recognises that, in addition to communication, comprehension is critical when dealing with clients in order to provide the greatest service and support in satisfying their needs. The long-term and considerable impact that a good decision can have on a client encourages her in her daily work.

Anoushka is fluent in English and can also speak Konkani and Hindi.
