Philip Saville joined OTS Solicitors as an Office Administrator in August 2019, focusing on providing administrative support to the Immigration and family law departments and client relations. He was promoted to Solicitor in Training and Manager of Operations in 2021 providing legal services and day-to-day management of our central London and West London office locations.
Philip has responsibility for the duties and activities of the offices, including the Facilities, supervising the Administration Department and Reception functions as well as the support teams. In addition to ensuring collaboration between the business support functions, he works with key stakeholders across the business and manages relationships with both clients and external suppliers and providers.
He recognises that good communication is essential to a positive client experience. With the delivery and assistance of exceptional administrative services, and paralegals, we aspire to free up fee-earner’s time in order to meet the client’s needs more effectively.
He comes from a background in law, studying in Sheffield before commencing on legal advisory and paralegal roles. He graduated with a Bachelor degree LLB in Law and successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Westminster in 2021 to Distinction level. Philip also has experience within international business and commercial roles where he has managed overseas client accounts and assisted in meetings and consultations with companies and individuals.
Philip has previous experience as a Client Relations Manager for a London & Norwich based law firm where he has worked with individual clients, assisting within a variety of legal, business development and administrative areas. Within his previous organisation, he has assisted in expanding business projects and assisted fee-earners with essential administrative duties related to the signing up and initial stages of client consultation.
Philip is aiming to specialise within Immigration law and Landlord & Tenant Law in order to help clients obtain visas and status within the UK and resolve disputes between landlords and tenants in the course of litigation.
Philip is a native English speaker and also speaks intermediate-fluent Danish.
