"I am very happy to come across Mr. Philip, he managed to provide legal advice and assistance regards to tenancy contract. I have contacted other solicitors but I couldn't get an appointment until days later and had to pay loads for an immediate consultation in advance. Philip contacted me in the same day, gave me the exact information I needed instantly and the information he provided was extremely helpful for my situation with no payment unless I would need them to go over my contract later. Thank you so much Philip! Definitely highly recommend them, very professional and informed."
