Dear OTSI have invested GBP100,000 and my partner GBP127,000 as share capital in a newly formed UK LTD company.This company was incorporated in Jun 16 We then went on to buy business and assets of another company in liquidation.Today we are functional and have employed 15 persons.Can I now apply for Tier 1 ENT visa.My partner is not going to apply for the same.If yes then please let me the required docs and fee etc for lodging the application.Further also please let me know the lead times for the decision.
