Hello First tier 4 rejected because TOEIC case (meansdeception)..At the moment I have been appealing for FLR after my human rightappeal had been rejected and it's already been a year I haven't heard fromthem. I have also been making an attendance at Home office every 2 weeks onMonday and couldn't work due to this. I have completed 10 years law fully living herein UK so I'm bit confused if I can apply ILR during this time or not. If it's yes then I will fix meeting with u Thanks
