Hello OTS Solicitors, I would like to apply for UK visa application, however I was refused entry a year ago at LHR, and I have been wondering about my rights to get/apply for a UK visa again (whether I have a ban - there is no year ban listed on the letter the immigration officer gave me) and whether I would be able to enter the UK?
