Hello sir I have a question for you that my father is in UK since 1998.his status is independent from many years but he can't apply for passport due to some reason.but now he want to apply but according to new British rules for passport applicant must know about UK past history and a person speak english fluently. But my father can't speak and not have enough knowledge about UK history.it's difficult for him to pass .sir is Their any other way to get British passport. And any age benefit means softness for sensior citizens he is 63 year's old.I am waiting for your answer thank you
