Hello,I have been married to an EEA national for almost two years. I applied for a residence card as an unmarried partner of my wife (Italian) 2 weeks before our wedding. I, after 8 months from my application, received a letter from the Home office refusing my application. I then appealed against their decision in the first tier tribunal, and the judge dismissed my appeal on unfair grounds based on the interview conducted by the Home office. I have now requested from the first tier tribunal to give permission to appeal to the upper tribunal. I have not received anything yet. Please let me know whether you would be able to taken on the case.
