HelloOn 3 of October i have my first hearing,it’s being more than a year that i was wating and finally i got it.I got my first visa in 2011 and it expired in January 2016,i am no longer with my partner and we weren’t married, but i have provided to H&M the bills and tenancy agreements that we had for the past 5 years and they keep saying that they are not convinced that we have enough proof that we lived together. We broke up in September 2015,but we were in contact for another year after what happened.I would like to know what are my chances to win this hearing? It’s being almost 10 years that i am living in UK and i have worked full time and payed tax and i’m a good caracter.I don’t understand why H&M don’t accept the profs i’ve peovided.Do you think i’ll win the hearing for PR?Thanks
