Hi, i applied for ILR on 10 years long residency, HO refused my application saying that on 22 Dec 2008 you applied for leave to remain as a student , this application was rejected due to invalid photographs on 07 jan 2009 plus 2 days for posting.therefore your leave was extended under section 3c of the immigration act 1971 until 09 jan 2009, on 12 jan 2009 you applied out of time for leave to remain as a student. this was refused with no right of appeal on 05 march 2010. on 10 may 2010 you left the UK 65 days after your application was refused.therefore you were without lawful leave from 09 jan 2009.i did PAP they said that they are staying on the decision they made i am thinking to JR but what are the chances to win the case, its hard to leave and go back after 10 Years. Please advice thank
