Luxembourg citizen,aged 64,PR '82, ILR '87. Stopped work in '05, self-sufficient, state pension since '14. (Have private medical insurance).The NCS said when I submitted the AN form that unless I can show 5 years worth of state pension, they would not submit my application - which they didn't. All other criteria seemd fulfilled, NCS was not interested in my self-sufficient proof.I am confused. Are they right ? Thank you.
