My Son And Partner Split She Took The Children Who Are Now 4 & 5 To Live In Liecester He Lives In
My son and partner split. She took the children who are now 4 & 5 to live in Liecester. He lives in Essex. She has moved in with new partner who has custody of 3 children. So now 5 children in house and they have baby due in December. She is now saying she doesnt want my son to see the children as contact is not regular and neither is maintenance. Can she do this? He tries to go up to Leicester every 3 months as has no transport n money tight. Please advise.
