my son was born here and i applied his passport from Nepal. he was born after i got ILR. therefore he is entitled British born. but at the meantime i had to travel urgently so i applied his Nepalese travel document and went to Nepal. i put the application from Nepal. but they refused his passport. can you please suggest me. what will be the further process?

As you had ILR before your son was born (and are therefore classed as a Settled Person) and his was born after 1st January 1983 (and I am assuming he was born in the UK) then it is likely that he is eligible for a British passport as he would be classed as a British National.
