we are a letting company based in Scotland, prospective tenant has applied to rent a flat, she on;y has two months left on a tier 1 entrepreneur visa but has not applied for extension as yet. If shew is not granted an extension in two months what is the law relating to our company ? do we have to give notice to leave or contact immigration.
