Can I apply for a spouse visa if I am on a zero-hours contract?

  • Posted on

Hi, I'm a British national and I'm getting married in the Philippines in 2months and then we will be applying spouse visa to bring my wife in the UK. I earn more than £18,600 but I am worried because I am on zero hours contract. What additional documents do I need to provide to meet the financial requirements for spouse visa? Thank you!

Thank you for your enquiry. You may be able to provide either 6 months or 12 months bank statements to represent your income and there are various ways in which the financial requirement can be met by combining sources of income.
