Can my wife join me in the UK on a Family Visa?

Hello, I am a full UK citizen and lived for 28 years in the UK until 2012. My wife is Russian and her daughter (my stepdaughter) is Russian, but they and myself have German residency cards. We were married in Oct 2019, and lived in Berlin until Aug 2021, across which time the UK was still in the EU. How can we come to the UK?

Your wife may be eligible to make an application under the family route as long as your intention is to live permanently in the UK. Your step-daughter may also be able to be included as a dependent on the application.

There are numerous eligibility requirements in relation to finance and accommodation that would need to be satisfied in addition to the relationship proof.
