Dear OTS, i was refused asylum in November 2000 and my passport has been at home office ever since. in 2004 l got married to british citizen and applied for leave to remain got response for a 3 yr discretionary in 2008, in 2011 l applied for further leave and got a reply in January 2016 about applying using form FLR(O) and to do biometrics. We now have 2 children and one has severe learning difficulties. What is my position after 15yrs in UK
