Dear OTS Solicitors, my spouse visa was refused last year due to tax not paid by my employer. The business was closed last year. My colleague and I purchased a business in April and began trading on 6th of August. However, after working for 3 months I returned to my country of origin as my wife and daughter were alone there and required my support. I have now returned to the UK. Further to the refusal of my case, my appeal date is 26th of June. I have all the documents relating to the business and I am going to pay VAT this month. Please inform me if there are any options for my family to obtain a visa to join me in the UK?
