Dear OTS team,am currently an illegal immigrant as my ILR was refused.The good news is i won an Euro million of an amount over £35,000,000.My question do i have to go back to my country and apply for Tier 1 (Investor) visa or i can process from here in UK.Do I have to leave the money in my accounts or transfer to my country or finally do I have to put them in investment in shares,bonds and other recognized investments.Thanks
