Dear OTS team,My family and I are interested migrating to UK through Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa sponsorship. Can you advice as to how long it will take to obtain tge visa after submission of application? Also please let me know how soon we should land in the UK once the visa is granted?

The processing time of the visa from Dubai should not take long. Some of the applications that were submitted as expedited (with an extra processing fee) are decided within a few days. However, the preparation of the application is what does take time and requires attention. Once visa is granted you would need to enter the UK within 30 days from the visa start date indicated on the visa stamp in your passport.
