Dear Sir / MadamI have been living in the UK with my husband and 2 sons(20 and 15 yr old) UK for 13 years, but we did not register in Home Office when we came here or after that. We have National Insurance number since 2003. We are running own business and paying tax since 2006. We want to apply for PR, but need to go to our home country for seeing my unwell father. So we can not send our passports to apply for PR now. If we apply in August or September will it give any trouble for staying here in the UK? We really can not go any where as our sons are studying here and our business is here too.Could you please reply me as soon as you can.
