Dear sir,I did applied for extension on tier 2 visa for myself and 4 dependants, but my application was refused on required skilled level 6 and refused on adminstrative review. My inital tier 2 visa application on skilled level 3 was refused back in Dec. 2012 but I appeal the decision and the appeal was allowed by the Judge then. And the Home Office went on and issue the visa then and they did not appeal the Judge decision to the Upper Tribunal. Also, the Home Office Presenting Officer during the First Tribunal confirmed to the court that she withdrew and not pursuing the required skill level. But it shocking for Home Office to refused again.Do I have any chance of winning JR my case?

Public Answer

Dear Mr Nunhokee,

By way of introduction, my name is Jay Marshall, and I work under the supervision of the principal Immigration solicitor at OTS Solicitors. Thank you for your email on the 31st May, which I have read today.

I have tried to contact you by telephone today but I was unable to get through.

The reason for the call was to inform you we can advise you regarding your application for judicial review. Albeit, this is something that we routinely deal with, so I would suggest that we arrange a consultation to discuss how we can help you in your judicial review application.

May I kindly ask that you confirm your availability for an appointment with us next week?

Following our meeting, if you would like us to represent you, we will deduct the consultation fee at the end of your case.

If you would like to proceed in this way, please confirm your availability for a meeting next week.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,

Jay Marshall
