If you want to send a person to represent your organisation in the UK, then they may be able to enter the country as a sole representative of an overseas business [outside of the EEA and Switzerland]. Subject to meeting the Immigration requirements this visa will entitle your organisation to send a person to the UK for an initial three years which is extendable for a further two years. After completing five years, they may be able to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
