hi I am on skillled worker visa tier 2 and I have two dependants. I have been sponsered by my company. I want to mary a women who holds british passport. However due to visa restrictions I cannot find job close to her as then I need new company to sponser me or I get spouse visa. my question is if I switch to spouse visa will I have to repay health surchage and will my kids also will have to switch theirr dependant visa?

You would still need to pay for the IHS even if you were to switch to a visa under Appendix FM.
