Good Afternoon, i am a Nigerian student who wants to apply for a tier 4 visa. i intend to use my uncle bank statement because he has been the one supporting me as my parents are retirees. i want to verify what they mean in the guidelines as COURT DOCUMENT as some of my senior classmates were refused even when they submitted an affidavit. I am to start in 2 weeks. Pls help.Thanks
