Good day, I am a British Citizen currently living in Lima, Peru with my wife. My wife and I met while working on cruise ships, we have been in a relationship for 11 years and married for almost 5 years. Due to low salaries here, we are not close to meeting the financial requirements. My wife has an older daughter of 16 years that is Peruvian, she has special needs (Williams Syndrome). We also have a daughter of 2 years 4 months that has dual nationality (British and Peruvian). is it likely that Article 8 could apply to us?
