Having Obtained Ilr March 2013 I Have Applied For British Naturalization August 2014 First I Was

Having obtained an ILR in March 2013, I have applied for British Naturalization in August 2014. At first I was told that given that all my papers are fine, it is a fairly straight forward case and that I should receive it in 6 weeks. But now it is February 2015 and I still don't have it. Is this normal? How long does it take for naturalization on average?
