Hello Sirmadam, I Am Indian National Travelling To Uk 10th June With The Group Of More Than 70

Hello sir/madam, I am an Indian national Travelling to UK on 10th june with the group of more than 70 people. I have a valid UK tourist visa (till December 2019) on my old passport but it got damaged recently so i have been issued a new passport. Can I travel to UK with the same visa along with new passport and old passport ? Please please please help. Thank you.
