Hello,I am of Mauritian Nationality and lived in the UK since 2006. The first 2 yrs were under spouse visa, however from 2008 to 2017 I was on Discretionary visa due to tension in the marriage which ended up with separation. I get ILR in April 2019. Can I apply for British Citizenship?

Thank you for your enquiry. We need to take further information from you to understand how you obtain ILR in the UK. Once a person obtained ILR in the UK, he/she is eligible to apply for naturalisation after 12 months and would need to meet other requirements. Please contact our office on 0203 959 9123 to discuss your matter.
