Hello,I came in the UK on March 2008.After successfully one extension I have applied (in time) for FLR FP on NOV 2014.the application was refused and the appeal date scheduled on 27 SEPT 2026 on FTT.Please note that my last leave was as a tier 4, college student and the college is currently defunct. So I am on 3c leave at the moment. My question is whether I am allowed to be a dependant of a Tier 4 student from inside UK prior to my appeal and upon fulfilling all other conditions. My fiancé is studying in a reputable university and level 7 course.she have more than 12 months leave.I am Confused because some solicitors saying I can't extend inside uk some saying I can extend Please advise me.
