Hi, I Came To The Uk In Sep2018 As Tier 4 Student Visa And My Husband Come With Me As Tier 4
Hi, I came to the UK in Sep2018 as a tier 4 student visa and my husband come with me as a tier 4 dependant visa. My visa expired at the end of Jan 2020 but due to Covid 19 pandemic it has been extended until 31 July 2020. My husband got an offer from university and he wants to switch from dependant visa to student tier 4 visa. does he need to provide a bank statement becuase he is a self-fund student? Can he apply for the visa application within the UK? Also I am pregnant and my due time is in the middle of Aug 2020 and I am not able to travel and leave the UK.
