Hi, i came to the UK with on a PBS dependent visa up until dec 2018, at the time my visa expired my husband had switched to ILR so when I was applying for an extension I applied as a partner of a settled person.i am due for my ILR having sent 5yrs (came in Oct 2014) in the UK without any absences. Can I go ahead and apply even with the change in visa status because I can see they have made changes regarding that.Thank you for your reply.
