Hi my cousin is studying in uk.he has concluded part 3 ,but had a resist on a course work, in his semester 2 of the part 3,after retaking it ,he failed it ,again ,he was not allow to progress to 4th year , he was ask to register it ,just the course work for final attempt this 2020/21 academic year, after 3 weeks ,he got and email ,that he has been reported to home office and thatbsince he is not going to attend tutorial in school within the next 60 days,that he shoul leave,and he should wait for directives from home office for visa curtailment,what do we do,his visa will expire 2022
