HI, My dad visitor visa refused in 2009 due to not enough funds and frequently visit very year in UK. He never appeal against that refusal. can he apply a new visitor visa again? if yes, can he share the bank balance with my mum, as my dad doesn't have any bank account now. he has lost his refusal letter so what shall we mention in the new application form? thanks in advance.
