HI,I Came in london 2012 19sep as a family member for EU NATIONAL.After that 2015 jan he divorce me.our marriage life total 8 years.after that i applied for PR 2015 OCT AND home office REFUSE ME.and i appeal.19SEP 207 I fulfil my 5 years.my ques is 19 sep can i apply for PR.THX
