Hlo sir My name is Baljeet Kaur ,am living in UK I have tier 4 visa, which will finish in may2021.My husband and baby has dependent visa with me. My sister in law 's family is settle IN UK.So I want to know that we can settle in uk with the help of my brother in law because he has his own business and British passport but my sister in law still don't have British passport but she has EU settlement here. So please tell me about the whole process , requirements and also about process's time and charges.
